Matthew Searles began his legal career at the firm – then operating under its former name, Popovic Law Firm – while attending law school, joining as a law clerk and quickly establishing himself as a dedicated and capable team member.

After showing strong work ethic and a deep interest in real estate law, Matthew stepped into the role of associate attorney, where he focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions. He later broadened his practice to include estate planning and business formation, providing clients with comprehensive legal guidance tailored to their goals.

In 2024, Matthew took over the firm and stepped into the role of Principal Attorney at Searles Law Group. Today, he leads the firm with a clear vision: to deliver practical, client-focused legal solutions while maintaining the firm’s reputation for responsiveness, clarity, and integrity.
