Carmen Serrano brings nearly 40 years of experience in real estate law, having started her career in 1986 as a secretary and office manager at a general practice law firm in Chicago. She specialized in REO closings for Fannie Mae, MGIC, PennyMac, Security National, and IHDA. From 2010 to 2017, Carmen was a Fannie Mae closer at Pierce & Associates (now McCalla, Raymer, Pierce), later transitioning to managing files for various banks.

In 2017, she became a Real Estate Paralegal at Popovic Law Firm, and she maintained the same role when the firm transitioned to Searles Law Group in 2025. Fluent in Spanish, Carmen also offers valuable bilingual skills in client communications.
